Job Title :
- Department - RL – Business Solutions Group
- Location - Bangalore
- Handling of issues raised by the users through Remedy application related to Consumer Banking applications.
- Guide users on various day to day issues encountered in the Banking applications allotted like Net banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Gateway, Bill Pay and IMPS.
- Strong Knowledge on Banking Domain and CORE Banking functionality.
- Understanding of the issue raised by the users. Functional issues to be resolved by the user and the Technical issues to be taken up with IT with the analysis of the issue for further resolution with IT (L1/L2 support teams)
- Keep a track of the issues assigned to IT and ownership of providing end resolution to the users.
- MIS Data analysis on functional and technical issues addressed, on Monthly basis in the respective field of work.
- Prepare User Guides, FAQ and circulation based on the data analysis.
- In depth analysis of the issues and identifying the Root Cause of the issues to take proactive measures to avoid issues (RCA-Root Cause Analysis)
- Idea generation and initiating measures to reduce queries and improve TAT.
