Job Description :

· Team Mgmt / Sales & Marketing

· Handling branches across North for Mortgages, Home Loans/ LAP.

· Monitoring Branch Development, Business Development, and Customer acquisition.

· Managing Sales, Market penetration, Loan appraisals, Operations, Legal & Technical, and Collections.

· Implementing & launching new products

· Heading a team of Branch Managers, Loan Officers, Credit Managers, CSO, and DSA.

· Formulation & implementation (Marketing Activity) of Sales promotion plans to increase sales

· Responsible for the PROFITABILITY of the Branches & the region

· Responsible for monthly performance evaluation of the branch through the monthly meetings.

· Ensure 100 % collection of Pre-EMI and Regular EMI

· Complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal

· Closely monitoring profitability analysis for securing high ROI & increase retention levels

· Giving timely feedback/ MIS & Reporting to National Sales Head & CEO

Required Skills:

• Need to have a minimum of 9-12 years of mortgage-related business experience.
• Must possess sound knowledge of systems & Reports to be prepared.
