JD – Site Reliability Engineer
Client is looking for a Bot Developer – Software Development Engineer (SDE II) to work on their core Platforms in backend applications. Candidate is expected to be hands on in web services, server-side experience to build content for Chatbot and Voice Bot.
Location – Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to perform Root cause analysis(RCA)
- Responsible for Problem management and OLAs
- Responsible for performance/service KPIs & SLO
- Responsible for patch updates, application deployments and Configuration management
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop scripts to automate visualization
- Responsible to close queries raised from the Internal teams
- Working closely with cross functional teams
