• Identify and prioritise problem / issue areas within the organisation with priority sequence as the ones impacting People, Customer, Business Revenues, Strategic goals • Conduct strategic studies, surfing, keeping strong and close eye on market/peer/customer movements • Explore and build case for prevailing or futuristic tech impacting businesses in the markets of interest • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation • To coordinate with internal and external teams, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments • Analyse project progress and when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs • Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the CEO/Board as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on specific tasks/areas • Prepare Board presentations for Monthly/Quarterly reviews • Develop and maintain partnerships with external resources—including partners and researchers as well as monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
