Basic Qualification

· Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3/10+2+4) is a must have

· Master’s degree or MBA preferred

· 15+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, staffing, recruiting or other related field

· 8+ years of experience managing supervisory staff including leads, managers & senior managers

· Rich experience of working in a multi-client environment and cross functional teams.


  • Manage complete lifecycle staffing business and must have handled multiple customer accounts either in a specific domain or a mix of 15+ clients across multiple industry domains.
  • Responsible for a revenue generation of a min INR 20 crores annually. Manage optimally entire internal as well as external staffing resources.
  • Collaborate with client organization to prepare staffing strategy for existing and future needs. Arrange staffing strategy meetings with objective to recruit methods plus sourcing plans.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers wherever applicable to assure staffing methods are followed to incorporate timely feedback.
  • Stimulate time to fill, interview to selection ratio and cost per hire. Provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
  • Ensure to comply with organization’s staffing policies as well as procedures.
  • Monitor maintenance of all internal HRMS system.
  • Ensure constant corporate image across recruiting campaigns.
  • Evaluate existing hiring needs and prepare staffing plan to accomplish goals.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to build long term partnerships
  • Manages the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
  • Must be able to travel as needed to participate in various engagement events at various locations within your designated clientele or assigned geographical area. Local travel up to 75% required – National travel up to 10%
