Hiring for Top Life Insurance Organization

Role: Direct Sales Force Channel for Multiple roles

  1. Agency manager exp- 1-5 years
  2. Sr Agency Manager exp- 2-6 years
  3. Business development manager exp- 3-6years
  4. Associate Partner - exp- 4-6 years

Max Age- 35 years

Known Language English / Hindi, and Local Language

Candidate should be a Minimum of 5 years of local resident

Two-wheelers is preferred 

Job Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the First-Year Premium target set in the Goal Sheet.
  2. Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
  3. Achieve Targets related to Premium, a number of policies, and distribution building to contribute to the company's overall growth.
  4. Ensure all the Pre and Post-Sales Support and Services to the customers
  5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured by a team of Advisors to achieve the team's profitability.
  6. Opportunity to be promoted to next designation, on 100% completion of the Goal sheet at the end of 6 to 12 months.
  7. Opportunity to move to the managerial role available
  8. Willing to Travel in the designated region/city
