Roles & Responsibilities:

1. The candidate responsible for generating a lead and taking it to closure by working with the Operation and Sales backend team.

2. Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the company.

3. The Candidate will be assigned or tagged with the Branch and he needs to sell the Insurance to new and existing or ex-customers.

4. Relationship management with stakeholders.

5. Maintain persistence for the policies procured to achieve the team's profitability.

6. 20-the company will provide 30% of the lead and the rest to be achieved by the candidate
