Client is an Leading Indian banking and financial services company headquartered in Mumbai. They offer banking products and financial services for corporate and retail customers in the areas of personal finance, investment banking, life insurance, and wealth management.

Job Title : BSG -Current Account Onboarding

Job Role :

• Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, RL Ops, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement.
• Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement.
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention.
• Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions.
• Prepare User Guides, BRD (Business Requirement document), Test Cases and train users on newly developed Systems.
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.
• Study the emerging technologies and map with business needs to find out best technology to implement for respective Business used case
• Do market competitor analysis on what kind of newer solutions is getting implemented and take responsibility to execute those in our organization wherever applicable
• Continuously track on customer insights, and map them to build technology solutions to improve customer experience on customer on-boarding, customer engagement and servicing
• Constant focus on Regulatory changes happening and how they can be converted business opportunities and also ensure comply with the regulatory guidelines on time
• Identify gaps in the existing functional flows, operational flows, customer flows, risks and work on improvements
• Align with Product and Business teams to understand business needs and provide technology solutions
• Take responsibility of executing end to project management which includes preparation of Business Requirement document, negotiations with vendor / IT, User Acceptance Testing, and not-tech go live preparedness.
