This is an exciting role and would entail you to
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process
- Qualify leads from all parties and ensure leads are captured and converted.
- Monitor overall governance of CS process and ensure compliance
- Meet customers regularly to discuss their evolving needs
- Ensure engagement strategy for all client stakeholders are maintained and executed.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics & clientele.
- Liaise with Account managers, Delivery teams, and recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Implement CS strategies as mandated by the leadership.
- Plan and Coordinate for Roadshows and client engagement
- Run email marketing campaigns and reach outs.
Be the custodian to manage all contracts and ensure timely renewals.
