Key Accountabilities:
· Formulate business plans for state/ assigned area for managing top line growth
· Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management
· Create processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
· Manage & Guide the team to deliver desired results
· Sales Planning
o Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
o Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
· Set up effective review systems for CSO’s , Senior CSO’s and TSI’s
· Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
· Manage Urban, Semi-Urban & Rural Markets
· Report Competition Activities across categories and State performance to Sales Manager on monthly basis
